The only sugar I eat daily is the sugar in two big squares of dark chocolate. That's my daily treat. I've never been a big junk food eater.

I wonder about the loss of calcium by drinking carbonated drinks. I know of a couple people who were big dire drink costumes who a now in their 70s suffering from severe osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis. Water all the way is truly best.

But why everytime i eat a lot of fiber. This gives me bloating?

I have recently purchased a SUBLINGUAL FORM of semaglutide from my local compounding pharmacy, but I'm afraid to use it after reading the HORRIFIC side effect profile. Has anybody tried the sublingual form? The side effects are listed as: severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, "gastric distress," cognitive dysfunction, "brain fog," dehydration, and HAIR LOSS! They recommend the following drugs/supplements to go along with the semaglutide; ZOFRAN(RX only), digestive enzymes, B-complex vitamin, Multi-vitamin, BioLyte and Gatorade, electrolyte replacements and something else for hair loss(can't remember this one). THIS SOUNDS LIKE THE SAME SIDE EFFECTS YOU'D EXPECT FROM CHEMOTHERAPY. I stare at the bottle everyday, but haven't tried it because I HATE nausea and vomiting. Does anyone have any advice? I have already spent $250 and I hate to waste it. They will soon be compounding the injectables, but only have the liquid form at present.

I live in a small one bed room apartment in nyc for 2000 a month 1500 a month for two bed is hella cheap !

I bought my semaglutide injections from a compounding pharmacy ($130 for the monthly x4 injections) I got prescription from my doctor tho And I feel great! I think this companies just don’t want people to get them cheap cus they want to get fuller and fuller their pockets 🙄

My brother had severe vomiting and lost a lot of weight and ended up in the hospital. They did a lot of tests with one of them being a nuclear medicine test which diagnosed him with gastroparesis which caused his vomiting episodes. So now he has to eat small meals throughout the day and take meds to help with mobility of intestinal tract. After a meal he has to make sure to walk around. Basically gastroparesis means you cannot digest your food adequately which causes vomiting. Special diet required as wel.

Are these statistics the same as the flu? Why mandate a trial vaccine if the percentage is so low? People have been dying of pneumonia and flu for decades

I am doing 14:10 (14 hours fasting window from 6:30pm to 8:30am next day). I am currently taking medicines which requires me to eat food during my fasting window. Can I change this fasting window from 9pm to 11am next day or 10pm to 12pm next day) so that I can adjust for taking medicines?

Somebody said you have to drink beets if you’re doing the juice like 30 minutes right away or it loses something enzymes or whatever I think they last I don’t really understand that concept

I’m a never-smoker who was diagnosed at stage 4 with a type of oncogene-driven lung cancer called ALK+ at the age of 51. My main symptom for the pricing year, was episodes of scapula (shoulder blade) pain that could last a week and then disappear for 3 months. An X-ray of that area 6 weeks before diagnosis found nothing unusual, although by that time I was also starting to exhibit more common lung cancer signs. I was later diagnosed with a Pancoast tumour, which appears at the top of the lung and is hard to detect by X-ray. Fortunately, I am taking a targeted therapy drug, whilst not a cure should give me a near-normal quality of life for several years.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease two years ago, my mom has it. Also my aunt. So it is in our family tree. But they never thought that the reason for my stomach problems would be because of celiac disease. Or weight issues. My life has gotten so much better. My overall health is so much better now than what it was before. I'm from Norway. Not sure how many here who has celiac disease. But I do know a few.

The majority of people today are not getting enough protein in their diets, especially women and are losing muscle. Women on these drugs look the worse because they're losing so much muscle...when they didn't have much to begin with. And they're most likely not lifting weights, so this video was not tailored to address women on ozempic?! nothing about how hormones come in to play, pre/post menopausal women, etc. Sad to see medical professionals like yourself talking about debunking the myths when for women and men are being put at higher risk for osteopenia due to muscle loss. Because with scarocpenia or muscle loss there is bone density loss. Muscle loss of any size is detrimental to your overall health. Hooray for fat-loss but not at the expence of your muscles!!! <3

Thank you for this video, but after doing deep research, how do you remove stevia, allulose, monk, etc from your body after using for so long, because they are ALL BAD!? I didn't realize until a lot of health issues including early menopause, cycle issues, fatty liver belly fat, heart palpitations, WEIGHT GAIN, DO NOT USE ARTIFICAL THAT DEEM TO BE NATURAL PLANT BASED, THEY WERE BANNED IN THIS COUNTRY IN 1991 SWEPT UNDER THE RUG!!!!

My Dr gave me ozempic to lose weight after I had my son. I took the 2 MG. Dose and 2 days later I was having cold sweats Horrible vomiting fever, constipation, I couldn't hold even water down. I thought i was going to die. I'm not sure if my dosage was too much or I'f I'm that 1% that is allergic

I have been 100% carnivore for 3 years and I don't drink any alcohol. I started drinking a flavored tea and I got gout in 3 days. It was the fructose that nailed me. I few weeks later I tried my wife's allulose as a tea sweetener and bam, gout again. I did not realize allulose is made from fructose. I don't drink tea at all now either. Carnivore reversed my high BP and pre diabetic condition and am also now at my college weight at 66.

I have a CVA which effected my both of my legs,so now I am 61 years old as I got the CVA when I was not quite 58 years old….these days I’m using a walker 4 outside but inside I don’t have 2 use my walker….I do have carers e every day but every once a fortnight on a Monday I give my carer a roster day off so that my carer can be the family bc 2 me family is also important!!! I had no idea what a CVA was until one of my former carers read it that I had the CVA but later that evening I read it on google and watch it on You Tube gee WIZZ did I get a bit of a fright….as well no wonder I said “” ouch “”” when a friend touched both of my legs because ya couldn’t see in my both legs was no veins and in my hands no veins either….:so each time I was getting my meals in the hospital I ate with a spoon so never with a fork or knife..,,, so these days I am thankful that I am still alive as well I am become a non-smokiker so I gave up almost 2 years ago!!! So if I restarted smoking I won’t be able to tell the younger generation about my health

Why does this doctor not take into consideration lectins, oxalates, sugar content, or toxins in unprocessed foods like fruits and vegetables?

I have a good friend who has gout. Her Dr just keeps putting her on different meds. I told her to quit all sugars. She did and after 3-4 days, she felt SO much better. Gout is gone. No meds. Just a healthier diet.
